We usually ship within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Delivery times:

-> EU: 3-7 days

-> EN: 2-3 days

We will carefully pack the goods and ship them via DHL.

If the delivery time takes a little longer, then it's the post office's fault.

Please note that the goods are not always in the condition expected. To avoid this, we always indicate the condition of each piece.

So always read the descriptions!

Please note that the goods are predominantly second-hand and have already been worn once. (Vintage)

There may still be pieces that are still completely NEW.

The sizes are always stated in the description of the respective pieces.

Please note these!

You have the right to complain about your package to us within 14 days.

The return shipping fee is paid by the buyer (you).

The seller will refund all amounts paid to the buyer after receipt and inspection of the condition of the goods.

Please send us an email/dm that you would like to complain about your package.

We will then send you a returns form, which you must print out and include with the return.

(IMPORTANT! please only use the same package to return 📦)

The piece can only be taken back if it has not been washed, worn, dirty or broken.
